The plan is for promotion. If we don't get promotion its likely that the manager will be changed, and a large part of the squad. If we do get promotion, the squad will be added to for life in the Prem.
Us fans are here year after year, so its natural we want young talent (ideally home grown), but managers are not given time, it is not in there interest to develop talent, they need results now or they will be gone.
