going to be interesting to see what karanka does this weekend. will he drop fig and for who? would he drop dawson from a squad completely?

Surely he has to drop Fig. Probably remove Osbourne from defence as well. Players need to know that if they make mistakes they are out. If the play well they stay in.

It's not really happened for Dawson yet, he's had a very quiet start to the season.

I expected him to be captain and to play every game if fit but it's been a rather low key return for him so far.

If Fox keeps playing as he is, then there is only one spot left for the central defence...and I see Hefele taking it... if not why did why sign him...

Dawson seemed off the pace in a few games.  Hoff', like Bryam, problem not 'Aitor Karanka' level of fit...yet.

But I fully expect both of them to come in.  Where that leaves Dawson.  Depends on if Fox's level of performance drops.

He's the only keeper in the back line currently.  I'd include the keeper in that as well.
