EM might not have achieved is ultimate goal yet but where we are now as a club and where we were 3 years ago is a million miles apart.

Please tell me you are joking. Or are you just looking at League position and nothing else that invloves running a football club. (League position has also improved by the way after staying up on the last day of the season 3 years ago).
I refer Sniff to the ticket office & retail offerings - negligible change.
I did qualify my earlier comment by referring to ‘back of house’.
Football operations are totally separate - those take a little longer. But no excuse for continued issues in ticket office etc.
