forget the players, Sabri made collective mistakes but totally bottled it, he lost the plot, the complete back to the wall set up for 90 minutes v Barnsley, slowing it down with 30 minutes to go v Stoke, the guy really blew it.  And his interviews are frazzled, talks about confidence when every key decision he made for however long was demonstrating lack of confidence. 

It could make him a better manager but I don't think so, I think he is damaged, we are damaged and the squad is damaged and there is only 1 way to fix and it is the quick fix.

We failed to make the top six because we do not have enough quality in especially in attacking positions. We had no choice but to the play in the way we did. We were not good enough to keep possession like Leeds WBA Fullham Brentford and even Swansea. If we had opened up we would have finished closer to the bottom 6. Sabri took over at the last minute, inheriting a squad that had not been pulling up trees over the previous couple of seasons. In my opinion to get us so close, Sabri did an excellent job. We now need some quality additions to kick on.

The one thing I would add; those quality additions need to have leadership qualities because we are sadly lacking in that department.

To throw away a game in the final seconds once is careless; to do it so many times just highlights the mental frailties of the group.

Address that and we are looking at an additional 10 points
