The recruitment team which Sabri is a part of screwed up.
Sabri wanted Freeman for example, he wanted him badly but he got Da Costa and Walker back instead.
Too many chefs in the kitchen. One wanting one thing and others wanting another.
This needs sorting. It's all well and good having a recruitment team but the manager must have the final say.
There was also talk of Gayle (until he got injured) and Grosicki, so to go from the likes of them & Freeman to end up with Da Costa, Diakhaby, Walker and Bong means either the club were lying about the money available for players, were completely nieve about how much those players would cost, or are completely incompetent in bringing players in.
Lamouchi should have walked at the end of Jan in protest.
