The last manager we had who set out to be entertaining was Montanier, it cost him his job after a few months. Before him goodness knows, Davies tried to be at home but was ultra defensive to the point of cynicism away. Before him Paul Hart was maybe the last. Its a results business and we play to our strength.

But this bloke sets up both not to loose & not to win.
Montanier was a terrible manager and we really didn’t play any system under him. There’s entertaining
managers out there as Leeds, Brentford & Fulham have found out.
Fulham? They have by far the best squad in the league, best striker but a terrible manager. Passing the ball sideways and backwards 900 times a game is just another way of playing and has got them marginally better results than us. They should have walked this league.
