Our Centre Backs Over The Years

We have had some outstanding Centre Backs over the years.

Bob McKinlay, Larry Lloyd, Kenny Burns, Einar Aas, Des Walker, Chris Fairclough, Colin Cooper I thought they were all absolutely brilliant.

One or two unerrated ones too like Terry Wilson, Sammy Chapman and Colin Foster. I remember Johnny Metgod playing there too sometimes. We have been blessed with some top class Centre Backs over the years.

If I had to choose one duo from the above it would be Burns and Walker.

I think I would probably go along with that being the ultimate duo.
