That's like saying "Grabban is part of the defense" because he's expected to do more than just score.
Sab may have a say, but he's all on looking after the first team squad every week. It shouldn't be down to him to find better players.
If it is, we should just scrap recruitment off & give Sab a free reign anyway, as he's proved the most capable out of this eras setup.
