I know it's probably not intentional but this all just comes across a bit like when the loud one in the group targets the quiet one & turns everyone against them cos they're 'weird' & they get kicked out of the group.

I get you are just trying to get people to join in but I'm not sure threatening to boot them out of the group if they don't is the best course of action.
Having said that I don't know what is so maybe you're right. It just doesn't sit right with me & doesn't feel like it's in the same benevolent spirit that this website is so proud of.
