Antonio wasn't here long. At all. And he sulked his way out of the club to get the move he wanted. Not a graceful exit.
However, 'Player of the Decade' is quite broad. And character comes into that. Loyalty, for me, comes into that. Professionalism comes into that. Chris had his 'own talent' of lifting sides with his positive and energetic play. That can be dismissed as untalented. But he was kept by the club for ten years. Yes, injured at times. As noted above, he broke his body for Nottingham Forest. Loyalty is a two way street. If you get injured, you help get players better who are flying the flag for your cause.
At the hight of his time here as a player? There was a 'big money' move muted to West Ham (?) that didn't materialise. Paper talk maybe.
Regardless, Chris stopped with Forest. He's currently a youth coach with Forest.
In an era of mercenaries, Cohen brought more to Forest over those 'ten' years than Antonio did.
