the back drop for me when Warburton suddenly went and AK came in and since then is or hopefully was the extreme shortermism, huge amounts of players often free's, loans and short term contracts, a sort of chaos theory, having said that eventually the mud sticks theory works and we do have a huge amount of good players, even players who haven't had any game time at all in a year or more and many others who have had little game time
