Ryan Bertrand was by some distance the best left back in recent times but he wasnt ours unfortunately. Robinson sounds promising, still young, very interesting article that. We do have other options if not ideal at LB so not sure we need a back up. We do of course still have Traore under contract for now.

Yes, Bertrand.  How could I forget.  He was a piece of class.

I was on the wind up SA about Rogers though he was decent at first.

Heh, yeah.  ::D He was 'good' at first.  But he was very short.  The amount of set pieces he got 'done' on was a bit embarrassing.  He was on the line and couldn't jump up to stop the ball going into the net.  He couldn't reach!   :blush:  I mean, if a guy can't reach...  'The needs a ladder award goes to...')

I'm not sure who pushed him onto the LW (as a makeshift LW...) but I remember it did go downhill after a decent start.  He did have some decent pace on him...

...but short...

And Benno, (not the tallest) got 'slapped' on the back of the head when Morrison scored.  I don't like that.  I'd like our LB to turn around and 'have a chat' about that.
