Have to agree with the some of the above - what really blew my mind yesterday was being jealous of Derby`s pragmatic approach to their recruitment and how they seem to be doing a much better job all round. An experienced legend with a decent record at a top club who brings through youth players. Really pains me to say it but everyone around us ( Leeds/Bristol City/Stoke/WBA ) are ahead of us and will continue to do so whilst we continue to dabble with a inconsistent recruitment strategy and continually create problems in the squad. Im very grateful for the new owner but if I`m brutally honest the football side of things have not improved like everything else has and I`m just not sure it will do at this time. Hope to be proven wrong.
