“I just look at Martin now and just wonder whether he needs to rethink the way he does things.
The game has moved on massively in the last 10 to 15 years.
“People will say that it’s still two goals, a ball on a pitch and 11 players each, but it’s everything else behind-the-scenes. Whether that means someone else coming onto the coaching staff, along with himself and Roy Keane, that can bring that new dynamic, I’m not sure.
“But, otherwise, the board have got a tough decision to make, as they thought he was the right man for the job and that he would take Forest forward, but it doesn’t seem that way right now.”
