What’s Gone Wrong?

Looking at the job discription of Dourekas it is not difficult to see why Karanka went ballistic.

You made a good shout with Karembeu but I don't think he will come.

We may get Modesto instead, infact he already spends a lot of time in Nottingham but he is another one to add to the long list of people at our club who know bogger all about English Football.

Modesto would be alright though Sniffer because he at least knows the game, he played it to a high level and in modern times not 40-50 years ago, we have nothing like that behind the scenes at the moment. If he can come in and work with a head coach who has had experience of the Championship in recent seasons i.e. Wagner, Jokanovic, Carvalhal etc. and they work together to develop an ethos and a strategy at the club then we could be onto a winner. I genuinely believe something like that will be needed to take the club forward.

It has to be a permanent fixture though, can't be going backwards and forwards between the two clubs.
