Not a fair comparison. Dumitru had consistently failed to perform at lower levels than Serie A. He never got playing time for Napoli because he wasn't good enough. This guy was good enough at Braga for Monaco to pay big money for him and had a very successful loan spell in the Portuguese top flight with Rio Ave. Very highly rated, unlike Dumitru.
