The amount teams are still getting in parachute payments is still a little mind blowing to me, this season alone the amounts were;

W.Brom 42 mil
Swansea 42 mil
Stoke 42 mil
Hull 34 mil
M’Boro 34 mil
A.Villa 17 mil
Norwich 17 mil

Norwich like Cardiff and Fulham have showed that the 3 year cycle can help you get promoted back up to the Prem, and to break into the playoffs takes a sustained period of years and on and off the field development.

Mind boggling!
But 4 of those not even in play off places - the clock will be ticking in those boardrooms.
