Yep, it's the churn that's the concern to me. If it were just one new coach after a previous extended period of stability then you might say that's fine. But any new coach coming in will be our fifth coach in just 12 months. It's bonkers, it wont be good for the current players to go through another change and any new player we hope to sign will look at it and come to the conclusion that we're a high risk to their careers.
