No such thing as one size fits all in management, judging by the antics of some of the current coaching staff I suspect some shouting and yelling still goes on.
Not defending Dyche but whatever you think of him he isnt stupid enough to treat everyone like an army sergeant major. Likewise as Pap says some definitely do need a kick up the backside every now and again, as we know our owner isnt shy of doing that himself if necessary.
Vitor's major plus point for me is his willingness to try different things and adapt to situations which Dyche was unwilling to do, that's what cost him his job.
