Come on SM that is very unfair on Jesus who has scored 12 goals this season to say he is only here because we wanted to deal with Textor.
I said on another thread that when the window closed Wood was fit and starting games.
It's not Jesus fault that Wood gets injured for so long and Jesus has to start every PL game.
That wasn't the plan for him.
And if you wanted a direct replacement for Wood a 20 goal PL scorer last season (I think only Haaland and Salah scored more) we would have to stump up 80M and that will only get you a Sesko or a Gyokeres.
