Why do most on the forum seem to want Siilva should we make a change at the end of this season, we should be looking now at potential upcoming young posibilites ready to move if this is the route EM wants us go down in the future?

It is not the case that most want him but it's the case that many think that he is the most likely.

For me I’m not sure what he brings that Nuno for instance couldn’t.  Fulham have been fairly consistent under him but not really pushed on. Everton he struggled at but then so have many others. The only reason I think he ends up here is because he’s managed for EM before, EM appears to rate hime and they seem to get on well. Also the fact that had it not been for the high amount of compensation we’d have had to pay Fulham I think Silva would have followed Ange and not Dyche.

We have spent more giving Nuno a 3 yr contract then paying off him and his staff, appointing Ange and his staff on a 2 yr contract and sacking them, and then appointing Dyche and co for 2 years.

We didn’t pay Nuno off.
He got a new job a few weeks after leaving !
