My point is more would you expect Silva to do better next season? What he has at Fulham is a stable squad to work with and implement his ideas. That’s realistically something he would never get at this club.

If results and performances are good and he has a good working relationship with Edu then why would there be a problem?
Its not how we operate. We change the squad every year without fail. You said a few days ago Oly did the same after winning their league, its what EM does.
Any manager who comes in will have to deal with a huge turnover in playing staff, that’s a fact.
