Paying the compo is not the problem and shouldn't be used as an excuse if we end up with Dyche although I suspect it will be by some.

Persuading Silva to join now in mid season is the problem.

He needs to come out and say to EM yes I want the job and I want it now.

But he hasn't done that (yet).

Percy has confirmed its dyche. Its advanced and probably announced today, we didn't want to pay 8m for someone out of contract in the summer thats the issue
