Exactly, i dont think most of us are sitting wait to go 'I told you so!'. Its more that its hard to see how this appointment works out, particularly if he does indeed ignore set-pieces in a season where they're becoming key.
My issue is that, beyond the odd spell like in the first half against Betis, we haven't seen much evidence of improvement. And worse than that the defence has now regressed to as bad as it was when Nuno first took over.
At the moment it's hard to know where the next win will come from. At least under Nuno we had a clear identity. The football might not have been exhilarating but it was (for most of last season anyway) effective. Under Ange right now it's neither. Such a diametric change in playing style means the appointment should've been done at the end of last season - not partway into this one.
