Is it worth noting that last season it took 9 matches for glasner to record his first win or the season. The season before it to ariola 10 games.

That’s a very fair point. 
But both of those managers came with a better recent track record in terms of not losing games than Ange ?
They also didn’t put their new teams in the relegation zone in those interim periods I believe? 
Admittedly Ange hasn’t yet but we could be in if results don’t go our way this coming couple of weeks.
