The fact of the matter is that there is no long term plan anymore, not just at Forest but at most football clubs.

Times have changed, especially in The Championship, now it's all about the presesnt, the here and now, nothing else matters.

We may not like it but that is what it is.

That is more or less how I see it. The days of 5 year plans are well gone, even 3 years.
