If Chelsea finish 6th and win Conference League, 7th placed Man City would end up in the Europa League.

8th can still qualify though, if Chelsea were to finish 7th then the Conference League spot goes to 8th (for some arbitrary reason).

So in all likelihood if we beat Chelsea, 8th ends up in the Conference League.
