I would give Dennis a place in our squad as a back up 3rd striker

We already have Silva and Elanga who can do that.

Why waste a squad place on Dennis?

He has been at the club about 3 years now and has done nothing.

He is not just going to turn into Harry Kane all of a sudden.

Never had a shot under Nuno Sniff. Its plain to see the lad does have talent. If there's a squad place spare I'd give it to him.

May be wrong but isn’t the rule you can only name a squad of less than 25 (excluding u21s) if you have insufficient senior players to make up the numbers? So if we have a place left in the 25 Dennis (or another senior player) would have to be named irrespective of whether we plan to use them or not.

I thought the ruling was a maximum of 25 players, not actual bob on 25?
