I think Hykeham nailed it on the 442 thread.
Carv, Lolley and Grabbban were linking and playing well, Figs and Daws solid at the back.
The front 3 dont seem to click at the moment, the defence we know about and we badly lack leadership on the pitch.
To add to that we have got rid of a manager who was, admittedly slowly, building a squad and now have one who clearly doesnt know the strenths of the team he has inherited and will want to restructure in some way which takes time. Yet again we look like we are building for next season at best.
