I’m a fan of Nuno and I think he can take us higher in time.
He’s a statesman and just because he doesn’t fist pump like cooper doesn’t mean he’s any less passionate.
That said, he’s not above criticism nor considered analysis this season.
For my sixpenneth, there is an argument that Nuno isn’t the type of manager we need at this specific time in our premier league development; we need a manager who knows how to win and grind out results so we can finish 13/14/15th without the stress of a relegation battle whilst the accountants and recruitment team get us on an even keel and bring in the young talent to take us forward after 2/3 seasons of consolidation.
Two suggestions would be Dyche or Moyes for this interim phase.
