If people are losing their jobs over incompetence you can bet levels of performance / professionalism will increase overnight.
Surely they'd just be under even more pressure and therefore more likely to make mistakes?
I'm sure they're already trying pretty hard to get decisions right.
And how's that working out for them oh that's right they're still f**king up so they need to be made an example of. They simply can't keep mucking up and get no repercussions for it. Us as a club needs more than a few apologetic letters and lets face it no one knows what will happen but all of us knows something needs to happen sooner rather than later.
