Another argument to throw in is that Leicester have failed EFL PandS rules yet have been found to have no case to answer as they were a prem side. I hope that has been noted for our defence!!!!

I thought it was the case their finances show they are likely to fail this 3 year period so the EFL wanted a plan for them to show how they are going to meet the limit but Leicester refused and won on the basis they were not in the EFL until this season. All gets a but confusing though so did they breach the PSR limits for the same 3 year period as ourselves then? In which case you would certainly hope a precedent has been set and strengthens any argument for us on the grounds of we weren’t in the PL for two of the three years.
