Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager

Gutted for AK, honestly we’re not far off being a good side with a good chance of the play offs.
Wish he was given more time but I understand why he wasn’t. Too many mistakes. He’s created a great platform for someone to succeed at Forest.
Who’s next?
I’ll be happy with Jokanovic or Carvalhal. I think it may be a complete unknown with links to our hierarchy. I don’t want MON, Clough or Rowett.
Curve ball? See what Lee Johnson can do at a big club?

I'm sure there's a lot more to it, but don't be TOO gutted for AK. Remember he did walk. Ultimately he chose to leave.

I think the walk is stage managed, all agreed as part of his pay off, he won't be able to speak or criticise and has to disappear quietly, I was totally anti AK but this timing and generally positive progress makes it as farcical as all the other dismissals, the owners would look like total shitefu*$% heads if they had openly sacked him, which is probably what happened

I genuinely feel that AK wanted to carry on and believed he would achieve success, I was slowly coming round to the idea

Jokanovic would of been a gilt edged option for me earlier in the season, maybe could get the lucky bounce and hit the ground running

Ideally would of liked Nathan Jones in the summer but gone off him a bit with the timing of his departure, would of liked to of seen him be more loyal to Luton and he could of left a legend if he'd got them promotion … I suggested Nathan Jones and Paul Hart 30 mins into AK's first game!  Never mind never will happen.

The bottom line for me is what actually is the NFFC Managers job description?  'Bum boy wanted for Sporting Directors and Owners to bend over at their leisure?'
