I doubt the delayed Johnson sale will work as mitigation. we waited until deadline day to sell him with no guarantee Levy would make the deal or land an alternative target. Additionally Johnson could have gotten injured or banned ect ect.

Hopefully the fact we were only in breach 2 months and we weren't in the prem the other two years will support a lesser sentence.

The rules are obviously flawed but this is poor from Forest. No doubt season ticket prices will go up and the renewal deadline will be before the outcome.

We can get the points though f**k it 

Directors have a fiduciary obligation to maximise profits.
This is a matter of UK Law.
If Nffc fall foul of this, then the FFP rules mean they are discouraging directors from discharging their legal bound duties.
