Those are the kind of singings you need to make.  Robust players with quality.  And the fact he was been involved with great players from Fabien, Barthez and Drogba tells you he has pedigree.

Let's see if he can pull some rabbits out the hat for Forest.

They need a more commanding keeper, an actual towering CH, a left winger and a pace and power striker.  (Still leaves LB as a problem unless they sign a CH who can cover there...and it still leaves cover for the ACM needed unless they sign a striker/left winger who can do both.)

But yeah, promising that Forest's back room team is again adding 'top expertise' to the hierarchy.  Scouting at the highest level has been Forest's kryptonite for some time.  Run the club well at a high level, the rest will follow.

Off the field, some very impressive talent and resumes, this will trickle down to the 'pitch' and it already has.  But it needs more time to 'get there' to become overwhelming in Forest's fortunes.
