Unfortunately the PL doesn’t allow time for sentiment and respect RG. If you want the ultimate example look to Leicester and Ranieri after he won the league title. I think we will face a very simple situation with Cooper and I can see it happening.
The difference for me is that Cooper is still learning and developing. He has improved year on year and in my opinion will continue to. It would really grate on me were we to sack him supposedly for someone better then see Cooper taking over as manager of another club who overtake us.
