Think this is how women will eventually get accepted on the coaching side. Won't be long until female assistant head coaches/managers become the norm and then one or two will start getting promoted to the head position, more likely in lower leagues first. It will take some time.

Anyone watching Boot Dreams on BBC? Well worth a watch ,really enjoying it. They have a female coach on there Lola Ogunbote, really knows her stuff, takes no crap, she is the sort of character who could do it in my opinion.
