Said it on another thread a few days ago- if Everton get a deduction they can’t attract players and have little to spend anyway, and the step up for the promoted teams is massive as we know.

It’s almost a ‘free hit’ season to use for building and developing.
Let’s hope EM sees the bigger picture too.
