Good grief 24 hours with nothing to worry about would have been nice!
Anyhow this is probably old news from April time. To be honest wouldn’t have blamed Cooper for having an interview and can’t blame Marinakis to having serious thoughts when we were on a terrible run.
Thought EM spoke very honestly and well yesterday. He has looked at alternatives but there were none better. But lets not kid ourselves if he could have tempted Pochettino into saying yes then Cooper would have been gone in a heartbeat.
Anyhow I seriously hope we get another full season at least with Steve, surely its just too good to throw away right now.
Final thought. EM said he wanted a manager to win trophies.
