Everton will certainly appeal any points deduction. That process will take them well into the summer and beyond. The team who will benefit from Everton's demise will be Luton or Boro.

Stupid that they can appeal, they have submitted 3 sets of accounts that break FFP rules. It's not like the PL is making up the figures, its their figures!

Rules should be simple. for every (x)% over = 1 pts deduction to be taken at (y) date and embargo of (z) windows
Who writes the rules, it really should be that hard.
