We do have some good players yes. But people seem to forget the opposition teams all contain some truly world class players which make our good players look bang average.
Dont dent we can do better but we have to be realistic about how we set up in my opinion.
According to flash scores Mangala played on the left of a midfield three which is the exact position he plays for us when selected.
Freuler was on the right of a three which is slightly different to us as he's usually central. No idea if he was asked to play a different role though. Israel and Belarus are not exactly great comparisons to the players we're going to play in the next few weeks though.
Nevertheless good to see Mangala getting some game time. Whilst he hasn't really managed to maintain his level in the Premier League yet, he's young and hopefully there's still a player in there. Most players take a season to adapt to the Premier league before they show their true best level so I'd be hopeful of a jump for him next season (whichever league we're in!)
