Not sure who we could loan him to. If he's only a 'should' to be back in training next week then he won't be match fit for ages yet, certainly not until after the transfer window has ended.
Maybe we could loan him to Notts - I think non-league clubs can sign players outside the window.

During the transfer window we could yeah. I'm just saying if he's only back in training next week (and that's only 'should' according to Unwin) then it'll be a while before he's ready to play matches. It'd be a bit of a punt for a team to take him on loan based on what's happened this season so far with him.
I'm sure some teams would look at this as an opportunity to get a 13m former Bayern left back who whilst needing fitness would normally be out of their league quality wise (on paper). Obviously no idea what the off field issues Sniff is referring to but all the more reason to send him somewhere to get game time and shop window him if we don't plan on keeping him.
