Yeah I thought this too, so many underhit through ball opportunties, was incredibly frustrating. Not to mention Dennis repeatedly losing the ball in attacking areas rather than playing it across to Brennan.
He did look uncomfortable on the wing though, not sure if his confidence is a bit down from the start to the season but he seemed to struggle to get involved in the same way the MGW did on the other side. I think part of it was he was being asked to play a new position as he was dropping into a 451 without the ball, had to do a lot more defensive work which I thought he did well on. Most of Villa's play came through Cash on the right, where MGW kept being left behind.
MGW did show what Brennan needs to do in the second half though, got on the ball and affected the game. His best game for us so far.
