Bottom of the league, poor performances, why they are happening etc, did we make mistakes with recruitment, don't think we will leave any stone unturned. Personally I welcome it and I think it's a good thing although I realise that some won't agree which is fine.

Yes I agree, Im sure some people at the club will be pretty worried with good reason but it needs to happen. Its obvious some things arent right and they need to understand the root cause of why.
