Are #nffc really going to throw the baby out with the bathwater?
Players & manager are good enough. The issues are 100% unfamiliarity, a lack of trust and confidence forged by time together.
Criminal if they self-destruct. Chose this route, have the balls to see it through.

If the club thought #nffc would have clicked by now after this amount of change, it's poor judgement.
Changing things after entirely forseable adversity would make it look like they don't know what they're doing.
Am I missing something here? The team was absolutely dire on Monday. They were not just a bit unlucky or a bit disorganised, they were completely terrible. Utter garbage, one of the worst defeats we've seen in about 18 months or so. Until they played us the team that comfortably beat us had amassed just 1 point from their 7 games. Ok, you can say bad performances will happen but this followed the two other worst performances of the season, home defeats against former championship clubs with 3 goals conceded each time in those games. In those 3 games we've become progressively worse. Before that, 2 defeats against top clubs, OK that happens but both of those sides beat us easily. Before that, a semi-reasonable performance and draw at Everton, a lucky win (yes lucky, lets be honest about it) against West Ham and before that, another completely dire performance at Newcastle where we struggled to even get out of our half. We've been lucky to amass 4 points from these 8 games.
So lets be clear. The club will not be self destructing if they feel they need to sack the manager. They'll be in survival mode. Something's got to change on the pitch and quickly if we're going to retrieve anything from this season. The player's aren't just a bit out of form, they look lost. They don't know what the hell they're meant to be doing any more and the coach doesn't even know yet who he fancies in all 3 thirds of the pitch. The defence is exposed by the midfield, the 'strikers' cant score for toffee and the midfield is like the keystone cops. It's a total farce what's happening on the pitch. Can no-one else see this?
I'm now resigned to a relegation regardless of who the manager is but if we go down with an embarassing points total and we're say 20 points short it's going to set us back years. There'll be no coming back up instantly if that happens. The fallout from a pathetic season like that will be big and the smell will hang around for years. if we get a new manager in and still go down with a fight, then maybe we come back but at the moment we look like the worst side in division by a country mile and look like we're being coached by me and my mates.
But he calls himself Forest Boffin on Twitter Pap so he must be right (not). Like all the so called analytics and stat guy wannabes like Henshaw etc.
Panic on the streets of London
