It can’t be deliberate handball, the ball was dead at the point he touched it, even if the whistle was blown after.

I also didn’t see any unsporting behaviour, I don’t think he tried to conceal the goal, he was on the floor starfished.

I’ve watched it a couple of times now and it’s a weird decision no matter how you look at it.
