How is it that if we're short of money and there now seems to be strong evidence that we are, how is it that we have such a huge non playing staff. Compared with say, Barnsley who had a Chairman, Murphy, a manager and scouts as the group who ran things, we have so many more and I would suggest more highly paid. If we are to settle for mid table championship then shouldn't the off field structure match that status. It just seems odd to me to pay for a premiership structure and to settle for mediocrity.
