I can see and appreciate both sides of the argument and at the moment I kind of agree with both sides of the argument too!

I would be happy to give him a bit longer IF, he starts to be more flexible in his formations, substitutions and tactics.

I can't hold him responsible for the injury crisis currently crippling our club though

Listening to him after last nights game he said he would not be changing formation.
