I like Lampard, I think he comes across a decent and genuine bloke, I think he has the personality that modern players will like him too.
However, I don't think he aligns with everything we've heard about what Murphy likes. Watching Derby and Chelsea, he likes his teams to build out from the back, get on the ball progress with it. I don't think he is someone who looks to get it forward, press high and then squeeze the opposition.
