I disagree. He is adaptable and that is misleading regarding Brighton academy.
Lewis dunk, dale stephens became established under him - he built a promotion winning side on a budget within ffp and he did wonders at Newcastle and Birmingham City. I think last year was awful and I understand peoples views on that evidence.
Hughton has been instrumental in the restructuring- I wouldn’t be surprised if he stayed on as a DOF after this year with Reid or Trollope stepping up.
